How much are points worth?

Points redeem at $0.05 per point. 500 points converts to $25 in in-store credit toward your next pickup. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

When do points post to my account?

Points post once your pickup order is marked completed in-store. Reserved orders that are cancelled, returned, or not picked up will not earn points.

Do points expire?

Points expire after 12 consecutive months without account activity (an order, redemption, or sign-in counts as activity). We'll notify you by email or SMS before any points are forfeited.

Can I stack points with in-store promotions?

You always earn points on eligible pickup orders. Redeeming points cannot be combined with certain limited-time promotions — we'll flag any exclusions at checkout.

Do I need to be 21 or older to join?

Yes. You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued ID to create a Green Chic account and participate in the rewards program, per Texas law and our store policy.
