By opting in to Green Chic SMS, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Green Chic at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

What you’ll receive

• Order-status updates (reserved, packed, ready for pickup).
• Member-only drops, promotions, and rewards reminders.
• Occasional service messages related to your account.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity — typically up to 8 messages per month.

How to opt in

Marketing & member alerts:check the SMS alerts box during account sign-up, in your account profile, or by replying YES to a verification message we send. We’ll confirm with a single reply message when required.

Order updates only: you can also opt in at checkout (cart) to receive automated text messages about that reservation (for example, when your order is ready for pickup). That opt-in is per order, separate from marketing messages, and is not required to complete a purchase.

How to opt out

Reply STOPto any message at any time to unsubscribe. You’ll receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing SMS. Reply HELP for help, or email support@thegreenchicsa.com.

Carrier and cost disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. Green Chic is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers; coverage may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information

We handle your mobile number as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell mobile opt-in data or phone numbers to third parties for their marketing.

Eligibility

SMS alerts are available to U.S. residents 21 years of age or older with a valid Green Chic account.
